The error code associated with the failure.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.

 ** ErrorMessage **   <a name="ARG-Type-FailedResource-ErrorMessage"></a>
The error message text associated with the failure.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 1024.  
Required: No

 ** ResourceArn **   <a name="ARG-Type-FailedResource-ResourceArn"></a>
The Amazon resource name (ARN) of the resource that failed to be added or removed.  
Type: String  
Pattern: `arn:aws(-[a-z]+)*:[a-z0-9\-]*:([a-z]{2}(-[a-z]+)+-\d{1})?:([0-9]{12})?:.+`
