The rule number of the metering policy entry.

 ** state **   
The state of the metering policy entry.

Valid Values: `available | deleted`

The date and time when the metering policy entry was last updated.

 ** updateEffectiveAt **   
The date and time when the metering policy entry update becomes effective.
