# Delete a monitor in Network Flow Monitor

To delete a monitor in Network Flow Monitor, follow the steps here. 

**To delete a monitor**

1. Open the CloudWatch console at [https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudwatch/](https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudwatch/).

1. In the left navigation pane, under **Network Monitoring**, choose **Flow monitors**.

1. On the **Monitors** tab, select a monitor, and then under the **Actions** menu, choose **Delete**.

1. In the dialog that appears, enter confirmation text, and then choose **Delete**.
