

# DeleteCidrCollection

Deletes a CIDR collection in the current AWS account. The collection must be empty before it can be deleted.

## URI Request Parameters

The request uses the following URI parameters.

 ** [CidrCollectionId](#API_DeleteCidrCollection_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="Route53-DeleteCidrCollection-request-uri-Id"></a>
The UUID of the collection to delete.  
Pattern: `[0-9a-f]{8}-(?:[0-9a-f]{4}-){3}[0-9a-f]{12}`   
Required: Yes

The request does not have a request body.

This CIDR collection is in use, and isn't empty.

Another user submitted a request to create, update, or delete the object at the same time that you did. Retry the request.

 ** InvalidInput **   
The input is not valid.    
 ** message **   

HTTP Status Code: 400

 ** NoSuchCidrCollectionException **   
The CIDR collection you specified, doesn't exist.  
HTTP Status Code: 404
