Adds a tag to the specified resource.

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The ARN of the resource to add the tag to.  
Required: Yes

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The tags to add to the resource.  
Type: String to string map

The seconds to wait to retry.

A list of fields that didn't validate.

The reason for the exception.
