With Amazon Connect Customer agent workspace, you have the option to use first-party applications, such as Customer Profiles, Cases, Wisdom, and features such as step-by-step guides. With support for third-party applications (3P apps), you can unite your contact center software, built by yourself or by partners in one place. For example, you can integrate your proprietary reservation system or a vendor-provided metrics dashboard, into the Amazon Connect Customer agent workspace.
