Deletes the report plan specified by a report plan name.

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The unique name of a report plan.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `[a-zA-Z][_a-zA-Z0-9]*`   
Required: Yes

The request does not have a request body.
