# VpcInterfaceConfig

VPC Interface configuration.

## Properties

- `name`: string (required) — Unique name for this VPC interface within the flow.

  Cannot be changed after creation.

- `networkInterfaceIds`: string[] — IDs of the network interfaces.

  **Default:** MediaConnect creates network interfaces automatically

  Set this when importing existing ENIs via
  `VpcInterface.fromNetworkInterfaces()`; leave unset to have MediaConnect create them.

- `networkInterfaceType`: [NetworkInterface](/cdk/api/v2/docs/@aws-cdk_aws-mediaconnect-alpha.NetworkInterface.html) — The type of network interface.

  **Default:** undefined; when omitted, MediaConnect applies NetworkInterface.ENA at deploy time

  Use `EFA` for CDI workflows.

- `role`: [IRole](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_iam.IRole.html) (required) — IAM role that MediaConnect assumes to create ENIs in your account.

- `securityGroups`: [ISecurityGroup](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_ec2.ISecurityGroup.html)[] (required) — Security groups to apply to the ENI.

- `subnet`: [ISubnet](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_ec2.ISubnet.html) (required) — Subnet where the ENI is created.

  Must be in the same Availability Zone as the flow.
