- `fromSecret(value: SecretValue): HttpParameter // chainable` (static) — Make an OAuthParameter from a secret.

- `fromString(value: string): HttpParameter // chainable` (static) — Make an OAuthParameter from a string value.

  The value is not treated as a secret.
