Extends: CfnNetworkConnectorProps
Used as props by: CfnNetworkConnector

- Type last changed: v2.261.0 · 2 Jul 2026

## Example

```ts
// The code below shows an example of how to instantiate this type.
// The values are placeholders you should change.
import { aws_lambda as lambda } from 'aws-cdk-lib';
const cfnNetworkConnectorProps: lambda.CfnNetworkConnectorProps = {
  configuration: {
    vpcEgressConfiguration: {
      associatedComputeResourceTypes: ['associatedComputeResourceTypes'],
      networkProtocol: 'networkProtocol',
      securityGroupIds: ['securityGroupIds'],
      subnetIds: ['subnetIds'],
    },
  },
  // the properties below are optional
  name: 'name',
  operatorRole: 'operatorRole',
  tags: [{
    key: 'key',
    value: 'value',
  }],
};
```

## Properties

- `configuration`: [IResolvable](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.IResolvable.html) | [CfnNetworkConnector.ConfigProperty](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.aws_lambda.CfnNetworkConnector.ConfigProperty.html) (required) — The network configuration for the connector.

  Specify a VpcEgressConfiguration to enable outbound traffic routing through your VPC.

- `name`: string — A unique name for the network connector within your account and Region.

  Must be 1 to 64 alphanumeric characters, hyphens, or underscores.

- `operatorRole`: string — The ARN of the IAM role that Lambda assumes to manage elastic network interfaces in your VPC.

  This role must have permissions for ec2:CreateNetworkInterface and related describe operations.

- `tags`: [CfnTag](/cdk/api/v2/docs/aws-cdk-lib.CfnTag.html)[] — A list of tags to apply to the network connector.

  Use tags to categorize network connectors for cost allocation, access control, or operational management.
