new route53.ARecord(this, 'AliasRecord', {
  zone,
  target: route53.RecordTarget.fromAlias(
    new targets.GlobalAcceleratorTarget(accelerator, {
      evaluateTargetHealth: true,
    }),
  ),
  // or
  // route53.RecordTarget.fromAlias(new targets.GlobalAcceleratorDomainTarget('xyz.awsglobalaccelerator.com',{
  //   evaluateTargetHealth: true,
  // })),
});
```
## Initializer
```ts
new GlobalAcceleratorTarget(accelerator: IAcceleratorRef, props?: IAliasRecordTargetProps)
```
