# Use `GetMaintenanceWindow` with a CLI

**AWS CLI**  
**To get information about a maintenance window**  
The following `get-maintenance-window` example retrieves details about the specified maintenance window.

aws ssm get-maintenance-window \
    --window-id "mw-03eb9db428EXAMPLE"
```
Output:
