Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `\P{C}+`   
Required: Yes

The tag value.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `\P{C}*`   
Required: Yes
