The starting time of an execution.  
Type: Timestamp  
Required: No

 ** ResourceEvaluationId **   <a name="config-Type-ResourceEvaluation-ResourceEvaluationId"></a>
The ResourceEvaluationId of a evaluation.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.
