AWS CloudFormation template

Checks if Amazon EC2 Spot Fleet requests have encrypted Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS) volumes for all launched EC2 instances. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if any of the EBS volumes are not encrypted at rest.
