Checks if Amazon OpenSearch Service domains are configured with at least three dedicated primary nodes. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT for an OpenSearch Service domain if 'DedicatedMasterEnabled' is set to 'false', or 'DedicatedMasterCount' is less than 3.
