AWS Region: All supported AWS regions except Asia Pacific (Thailand), Asia Pacific (Malaysia), Asia Pacific (Melbourne), Mexico (Central) Region

Comma-separated list of AWS KMS key ARNs allowed for an Amazon SageMaker notebook instance.
