This action must be set if `TriggerEventSource` is one of the following values: `OnPostCallAnalysisAvailable` \$1 `OnRealTimeCallAnalysisAvailable` \$1 `OnRealTimeChatAnalysisAvailable` \$1 `OnPostChatAnalysisAvailable`. Contact is categorized using the rule name.

 `RuleName` is used as `ContactCategory`.
