ListContactReferences
This API is in preview release for Amazon Connect and is subject to change.
For the specified referenceTypes
, returns a list of references associated with
the contact. References are links to documents that are related to a
contact, such as emails, attachments, or URLs.

URI Request Parameters
The request uses the following URI parameters.
- ContactId

The identifier of the initial contact.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 256.
Required: Yes
- InstanceId

The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the instance.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.
Required: Yes
- NextToken
-
The token for the next set of results. Use the value returned in the previous response in the next request to retrieve the next set of results.
Important
This is not expected to be set, because the value returned in the previous response is always null.
- ReferenceTypes
-
The type of reference.
Array Members: Maximum number of 6 items.
Valid Values:
URL | ATTACHMENT | CONTACT_ANALYSIS | NUMBER | STRING | DATE | EMAIL | EMAIL_MESSAGE
