Required: Yes

The AWS Region of the sign in distribution.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 8. Maximum length of 31.  
Pattern: `[a-z]{2}(-[a-z]+){1,2}(-[0-9])?`   
Required: Yes
