# Updating a sample in AWS Marketplace Management Portal

After you publish a product, you can update the samples in AWS Marketplace Management Portal.

**To update a sample**

1. Sign in to the [AWS Marketplace Management Portal](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/products/data).

1. From the left side navigation menu, choose **Build**, **Data Products**.

1. From **Products**, choose the product you want to update.

1. Choose the **Data sets and details** tab.

1. In the **Data dictionaries and samples** table, select the **Manage attachments** action button. 

   1. In the **Data samples** table, choose **Add sample**.

   1. Select **Upload data sample** and select a data set a sample from your computer, and then choose **Open**.

   1. (Optional) Enter a description for each sample that will be visible on the product detail page.

   1. Choose **Add sample**. You can upload up to 10 samples with a maximum size of 50 MB. Samples in .csv format can be previewed. For more details, see [Sample data in AWS Data Exchange](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/data-exchange/latest/userguide/samples-pro.html).

1. Choose **Submit** to complete your update.
