If you are having issues with your AWS resources, you need technical support. To access technical support, open a case in the [AWS Support Center](https://console.aws.amazon.com/support) for the project that has the issue.

## Support if all your projects and organization are closed
<a name="access-aws-support-closed"></a>

If all your projects and your organization are closed, contact support by filling out the [Support Feedback form](https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/one-support?formId=contactUs).

In the **Request information** section, under **How can we help you**, include that you are using our new AWS experience and that all your projects are closed.
