# Request your AWS Builder ID data

We're currently releasing our new experience to a limited number of customers. You might not be able to access this experience yet.

You can request and view the personal information associated with your AWS Builder ID and the AWS applications and services you accessed with your AWS Builder ID. We will process your request within 30 days and notify you when your data is ready. While your data request is pending, you cannot close your AWS profile. You can still close projects or the organization that owns all your projects.

**To request your data**

1. Open AWS Settings at [https://settings.aws.com](https://settings.aws.com).

1. In the main navigation pane, choose **Manage profile**.

1. Choose **Manage profile**.

   You'll be redirected to your AWS Builder ID profile.

1. Choose **Privacy & data**.

1. Choose to request your Builder ID data or your AWS data.

   A green confirmation message appears at the top of the page that we received your request and will complete it within 30 days.

1. When you receive an email from us that the request has been processed, navigate back to the **Privacy & data** page of your AWS Builder ID profile. Choose the newly available button **Download ZIP archive with your data**.

While your data request is pending, you will not be able to delete your AWS Builder ID.
