Pattern: `arn:aws:(wheatley|chatbot):[A-Za-z0-9_/.-]{0,63}:[A-Za-z0-9_/.-]{0,63}:[A-Za-z0-9][A-Za-z0-9:_/+=,@.-]{0,1023}`   
Required: Yes

The Microsoft Teams user ID.

Required: Yes
