The tag key, which can be up to 128 characters long.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `[\w\s\.\-\:\/\=\+\@]+`   
Required: Yes

The tag value, which can be up to 256 characters long.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `[\w\s\.\-\:\/\=\+\@]*`   
Required: Yes
