

# Use `DescribeHosts` with a CLI

The following code examples show how to use `DescribeHosts`.

**AWS CLI**  
**To view details about Dedicated Hosts**  
The following `describe-hosts` example displays details for the `available` Dedicated Hosts in your AWS account.
