Release: Elastic Beanstalk Amazon Linux 2023 .NET Core on Linux platform updates on May 17, 2024

This release introduces a new AWS Elastic Beanstalk platform branch to support .NET 8 on AL2023. It also provides security updates, an AMI update, and a new version for the .NET 6 on AL2023 platform branch.
