Creates a topic refresh schedule.

## URI Request Parameters

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The ID of the AWS account that contains the topic you're creating a refresh schedule for.  
Length Constraints: Fixed length of 12.  
Pattern: `^[0-9]{12}$`   
Required: Yes

 ** [TopicId](#API_CreateTopicRefreshSchedule_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="QS-CreateTopicRefreshSchedule-request-uri-TopicId"></a>
The ID of the topic that you want to modify. This ID is unique per AWS Region for each AWS account.  
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `^[A-Za-z0-9-_.\\+]*$`   
Required: Yes
