# CreateClassifier
<a name="API_CreateClassifier"></a>

Creates a classifier in the user's account. This can be a `GrokClassifier`, an `XMLClassifier`, a `JsonClassifier`, or a `CsvClassifier`, depending on which field of the request is present.
