Overview
An API client for Transfer. To construct a client, you need to configure a :region and :credentials.

contain 50,000 users, but only a small fraction might need the ability

need this ability.

Handling Errors
When a waiter is unsuccessful, it will raise an error. All of the failure errors extend from Waiters::Errors::WaiterFailed.
