ChangeTagsForResource
Adds, edits, or deletes tags for a health check or a hosted zone.

URI Request Parameters
The request uses the following URI parameters.
- ResourceId

The ID of the resource for which you want to add, change, or delete tags.
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 64.
Required: Yes
- ResourceType

The type of the resource.

The resource type for health checks is
healthcheck

The resource type for hosted zones is
hostedzone
.

healthcheck | hostedzone

The request accepts the following data in XML format.
- ChangeTagsForResourceRequest

Root level tag for the ChangeTagsForResourceRequest parameters.
Required: Yes

A complex type that contains a list of the tags that you want to add to the specified health check or hosted zone and/or the tags that you want to edit

for.You can add a maximum of 10 tags to a health check or a hosted zone.
Type: Array of Tag objects
Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 10 items.

A complex type that contains a list of the tags that you want to delete from the specified health check or hosted zone. You can specify up to 10 keys.
Type: Array of strings
Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 10 items.
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 128.
Required: No

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.

No health check exists with the specified ID.

- PriorRequestNotComplete

If Amazon Route 53 can't process a request before the next request arrives, it will reject subsequent requests for the same hosted zone and return an
HTTP 400 error
(Bad request
). If Route 53 returns this error repeatedly for the same request, we recommend that you wait, in intervals of increasing duration, before you try the request again.HTTP Status Code: 400

The limit on the number of requests per second was exceeded.
