[ aws . migration-hub-refactor-spaces ]
Creates an Amazon Web Services Migration Hub Refactor Spaces application. The account that owns the environment also owns the applications created inside the environment, regardless of the account that creates the application. Refactor Spaces provisions an Amazon API Gateway, API Gateway VPC link, and Network Load Balancer for the application proxy inside your account.
In environments created with a CreateEnvironment:NetworkFabricType of NONE
you need to configure VPC to VPC connectivity between your service VPC and the application proxy VPC to route traffic through the application proxy to a service with a private URL endpoint. For more information, see Create an application in the Refactor Spaces User Guide .

--api-gateway-proxy
(structure)
A wrapper object holding the API Gateway endpoint type and stage name for the proxy.
EndpointType -> (string)
The type of endpoint to use for the API Gateway proxy. If no value is specified in the request, the value is set to
REGIONAL
by default.If the value is set to
PRIVATE
in the request, this creates a private API endpoint that is isolated from the public internet. The private endpoint can only be accessed by using Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) interface endpoints for the Amazon API Gateway that has been granted access. For more information about creating a private connection with Refactor Spaces and interface endpoint (Amazon Web Services PrivateLink) availability, see Access Refactor Spaces using an interface endpoint (Amazon Web Services PrivateLink) .StageName -> (string)
The name of the API Gateway stage. The name defaults toprod
.
Shorthand Syntax:
EndpointType=string,StageName=string
JSON Syntax:
{
"EndpointType": "REGIONAL"|"PRIVATE",
"StageName": "string"
}
--client-token
(string)
A unique, case-sensitive identifier that you provide to ensure the idempotency of the request.
--environment-identifier
(string)
The unique identifier of the environment.
--name
(string)
The name to use for the application.
--proxy-type
(string)
The proxy type of the proxy created within the application.
Possible values:
API_GATEWAY
--tags
(map)
The tags to assign to the application. A tag is a label that you assign to an Amazon Web Services resource. Each tag consists of a key-value pair.
key -> (string)
value -> (string)
Shorthand Syntax:
KeyName1=string,KeyName2=string
JSON Syntax:
{"string": "string"
...}
--vpc-id
(string)
The ID of the virtual private cloud (VPC).
--cli-input-json
(string)
Performs service operation based on the JSON string provided. The JSON string follows the format provided by --generate-cli-skeleton
. If other arguments are provided on the command line, the CLI values will override the JSON-provided values. It is not possible to pass arbitrary binary values using a JSON-provided value as the string will be taken literally.
--generate-cli-skeleton
(string)
Prints a JSON skeleton to standard output without sending an API request. If provided with no value or the value input
, prints a sample input JSON that can be used as an argument for --cli-input-json
. If provided with the value output
, it validates the command inputs and returns a sample output JSON for that command.
--debug
(boolean)
Turn on debug logging.
--endpoint-url
(string)
Override command's default URL with the given URL.
--no-verify-ssl
(boolean)
By default, the AWS CLI uses SSL when communicating with AWS services. For each SSL connection, the AWS CLI will verify SSL certificates. This option overrides the default behavior of verifying SSL certificates.
--no-paginate
(boolean)
Disable automatic pagination. If automatic pagination is disabled, the AWS CLI will only make one call, for the first page of results.
--output
(string)
The formatting style for command output.
--query
(string)
A JMESPath query to use in filtering the response data.
--profile
(string)
Use a specific profile from your credential file.
--region
(string)
The region to use. Overrides config/env settings.
--version
(string)
Display the version of this tool.
--color
(string)
Turn on/off color output.
--no-sign-request
(boolean)
Do not sign requests. Credentials will not be loaded if this argument is provided.
--ca-bundle
(string)
The CA certificate bundle to use when verifying SSL certificates. Overrides config/env settings.
--cli-read-timeout
(int)
The maximum socket read time in seconds. If the value is set to 0, the socket read will be blocking and not timeout. The default value is 60 seconds.
--cli-connect-timeout
(int)
The maximum socket connect time in seconds. If the value is set to 0, the socket connect will be blocking and not timeout. The default value is 60 seconds.
ApiGatewayProxy -> (structure)
A wrapper object holding the API Gateway endpoint type and stage name for the proxy.
EndpointType -> (string)
The name defaults toprod
.
ApplicationId -> (string)
The unique identifier of the application.
Arn -> (string)
The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the application. The format for this ARN is ``arn:aws:refactor-spaces:region :account-id :resource-type/resource-id `` . For more information about ARNs, see Amazon Resource Names (ARNs) in the Amazon Web Services General Reference .
