# TagResource

Assigns a tag to a resource.

## Request Syntax

## URI Request Parameters
<a name="API_TagResource_RequestParameters"></a>

The request uses the following URI parameters.

 ** [resourceArn](#API_TagResource_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="groundstation-TagResource-request-uri-resourceArn"></a>
ARN of a resource tag.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 5. Maximum length of 1024.  
Pattern: `(arn:aws:)[\s\S]{0,1024}`   
Required: Yes

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

Tags assigned to a resource.  
Type: String to string map

Resource was not found.
