Contoh 1: Membuat kasus baru di AWS Support Center. Nilai untuk CategoryCode parameter - ServiceCode dan - dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan Get-ASAService cmdlet. Nilai untuk SeverityCode parameter - dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan Get-ASASeverityLevel cmdlet. Nilai - IssueType parameter dapat berupa “layanan pelanggan” atau “teknis”.
