Specifies the action of the resource.

Valid Values: `Add | Modify | Remove | Import | Dynamic | SyncWithActual`   
Required: No

 ** ResourceType **   
The type of CloudFormation resource, such as `AWS::S3::Bucket`.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `^[a-zA-Z0-9]{2,64}::[a-zA-Z0-9]{2,64}::[a-zA-Z0-9]{2,64}$`   
Required: No
