Configuring the Amazon Q Business browser extension for use
The browser extension is only available for use by Amazon Q Business Pro users in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers. After installation and authentication, your pro users can access Amazon Q while browsing the web.
Note
Amazon Q does not support users who authenticate using external SAML providers.
This feature is only available for use to Amazon Q Business pro users. For more information, see User subscription tiers.
The Safari browser is not supported.
The Amazon Q browser extension does not access your company's connected data sources.
Amazon Q Business does not use user data for service improvement or for training its underlying large language models (LLMs). For more information, see Amazon Q Business Service improvement.
