Adds or updates tags for the AWS resource with the specified ARN.

The request uses the following URI parameters.
- resourceArn

ARN of the resource for which tags are to be added or updated. The ARN must be URL-encoded.
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.

Request Body
The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

Array of tags to be added or updated. Array of maps, each of the form
string:string (key:value). See Best practices and strategies in Tagging AWS Resources and Tag Editor for details, including restrictions that apply to tags and "Tag naming limits and requirements"; Amazon IVS has no service-specific constraints beyond what is documented there.Type: String to string map
Map Entries: Minimum number of 0 items. Maximum number of 50 items.
Key Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.
Value Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.
Required: Yes
