

# DisableProactiveEngagement

Removes authorization from the Shield Response Team (SRT) to notify contacts about escalations to the SRT and to initiate proactive customer support.

## Response Elements

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.

Type of resource.
HTTP Status Code: 400
