ExitStandby
Moves the specified instances out of the standby state.
After you put the instances back in service, the desired capacity is incremented.

The name of the Auto Scaling group.
Type: String
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 255.

The IDs of the instances. You can specify up to 20 instances.
