# HealthLake データストアの更新

を使用して`UpdateFHIRDatastore`、既存の AWS HealthLake データストアの設定を更新します。データストア名、自然言語処理 (NLP) 設定、分析設定、デフォルトの FHIR 検証プロファイル、ID プロバイダー設定を更新できます。データストアの作成時に選択した暗号化設定は変更できません。

**注記**  
ID プロバイダー設定を更新すると、保持するすべてのフィールドを含め、ID プロバイダー設定が完全に置き換えられます。省略したフィールドはクリアされます。
