Length Constraints: Maximum length of 250.

The reason why a choice is non-applicable to a question in your workload.

Valid Values: `OUT_OF_SCOPE | BUSINESS_PRIORITIES | ARCHITECTURE_CONSTRAINTS | OTHER | NONE`
