Prerequisites for developing third-party applications for Amazon Connect Customer agent workspace

To develop and test an application for use in Amazon Connect Customer agent workspace, you must have the following:

An Amazon Connect instance
An IAM user that has the proper permissions for creating an application and associating it with the instance. For more information on the required user permissions, see the IAM role required for creating applications in Amazon Connect Customer agent workspace
An Amazon Connect user in that instance that has permissions to update security profiles
