# ListLayers
<a name="API_ListLayers"></a>

Lists [AWS Lambda layers](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/invocation-layers.html) and shows information about the latest version of each. Specify a [runtime identifier](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/lambda-runtimes.html) to list only layers that indicate that they're compatible with that runtime. Specify a compatible architecture to include only layers that are compatible with that [instruction set architecture](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/foundation-arch.html).

Valid Values: `x86_64 | arm64`

A runtime identifier.

Valid Range: Minimum value of 1. Maximum value of 50.

A pagination token returned when the response doesn't contain all layers.

One of the parameters in the request is not valid.

HTTP Status Code: 400

 ** ServiceException **   
The AWS Lambda service encountered an internal error.  
HTTP Status Code: 500

 ** TooManyRequestsException **   
The request throughput limit was exceeded. For more information, see [Lambda quotas](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/gettingstarted-limits.html#api-requests).    
 ** retryAfterSeconds **   
The number of seconds the caller should wait before retrying.
HTTP Status Code: 429
