# BatchDeleteGeofence

Deletes a batch of geofences from a geofence collection.

**Note**  
This operation deletes the resource permanently.

## Request Syntax

The request uses the following URI parameters.

 ** [CollectionName](#API_WaypointGeofencing_BatchDeleteGeofence_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="location-WaypointGeofencing_BatchDeleteGeofence-request-uri-CollectionName"></a>
The geofence collection storing the geofences to be deleted.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.  
Pattern: `[-._\w]+`   
Required: Yes

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The batch of geofences to be deleted.  
Type: Array of strings  
Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 10 items.  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 100.  
Pattern: `[-._\p{L}\p{N}]+`   
Required: Yes
