The Excel extension enables users to:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of their workbooks and generate insights.

  • Import, clean up, and format data from Quick's enterprise knowledge and apps.

  • Generate tables and charts.

  • Automate spreadsheet operations such as formatting and applying filters and transformations.

  • Apply Excel functions and build and decode complex workbooks.

The Quick Excel extension is available within Amazon Quick to all eligible users by default and requires no administrative setup for user access if users can access the Microsoft Excel app store. Users can search for Amazon Quick in the Microsoft Excel app store or visit the Quick for Excel Microsoft store page to add the extension.

Important
  • The Amazon Quick Excel extension uses generative AI to create and execute code within your Excel application sandbox to help you perform tasks within Excel. AI can make mistakes and perform inaccurate actions within your Excel workbook.

  • Amazon Quick does not use your user data for service improvement or for training its underlying large language models (LLMs).
