The Amazon Quick extension for PowerPoint helps you create compelling, data-driven presentations by integrating your enterprise data, AI-powered design assistance, and intelligent content generation directly into PowerPoint.

You can search for Amazon Quick in the Microsoft PowerPoint app store or visit the [Quick for PowerPoint Microsoft store page](https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/WA200010606) to add the extension.

Key capabilities include:
+ **Presentation creation with enterprise data:** Generate complete presentations using data from Quick dashboards, spaces, and knowledge bases. Pull real-time metrics and insights directly from your organization's data sources, or create presentations from outlines, topics, or natural language descriptions.
+ **Visual narratives from enterprise knowledge:** Use Quick's enterprise knowledge to create contextual, accurate presentations. Import and visualize data from your Quick spaces, dashboards, and knowledge bases in compelling slides.
+ **Brand consistency and professional design:** Apply your organization's themes and templates to presentations, respect existing presentation formatting and primary slide layouts, and generate professionally formatted tables, layouts, and design elements.
+ **Natural language editing:** Select slides or content and request modifications using conversational prompts. Add, delete, reorder, or reorganize slides effortlessly, and chat about your presentation content to get insights and suggestions.

**Important**
The Amazon Quick PowerPoint extension uses generative AI to create and execute code within your PowerPoint application sandbox. AI can make mistakes and perform inaccurate actions within your PowerPoint slide deck. No presentation data is read when the side panel is closed, and no data is sent to Amazon Quick unless you explicitly send a prompt.
Amazon Quick does not use your user data for service improvement or for training its underlying large language models (LLMs).
