The relative position of the value label. Choose one of the following options:  
+  `BEFORE_CUSTOM_LABEL` 
+  `AFTER_CUSTOM_LABEL` 
Type: String  
Valid Values: `BEFORE_CUSTOM_LABEL | AFTER_CUSTOM_LABEL`   
Required: No
