Accessing the model summary file

The summary file contains evaluation results information about the model as a whole and metrics for each label. The metrics are precision, recall, F1 score. The threshold value for the model is also supplied. The summary file location is accessible from the EvaluationResult object returned by DescribeProjectVersions.
