Note:

When passing DescribeEndPointStateInput as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

{
  load_balancer_name: "AccessPointName", # required
  instances: [
    {
      instance_id: "InstanceId",
    },
  ],
}

Contains the parameters for DescribeInstanceHealth.
