Creates a user account for the specified Amazon Connect instance.
Certain UserIdentityInfo
parameters are required in some situations. For example, Email
is required
if you are using SAML for identity management. FirstName
and LastName
are required if you are using Amazon Connect or SAML for identity management.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateUser and EndCreateUser.
